The MCOP0365 is highly integrated current mode
PWM controller circuit especially free voltage AC to DC
converter which can be well optimized flyback topology.
This chip is combined with 650V MOSFET to driving 3A
current and JFET to supply start-up current in single
package. Built-in pulse by pulse peak current limit and
protection functions (TSD, OVP, OLP) can improving
safe operation during abnormal condition. Frequency
jittering can reduce EMI noise.
To make applications easily and simply, peripheral
parts are minimized.

This is a battery protect solution which is integrated
the protection IC and Dual N-ch Mosfet developed for
1-cell series use in lithium ion/lithium polymer
secondary batteries. It functions to protect the battery
by detecting over-charge, over-discharge,
discharge over-current and other abnormalities and
turning off internal N-ch Mosfet.
